The weakness of building facades against water absorption and destructive chemical factors is always one of the concerns of employers and construction industry executives. Consumption of water-based facade waterproofing
The amount of water-based silicone facade protection used is determined by the type of surface, its porosity, and its absorption rate. However, under normal conditions, each liter of facade protection is sufficient to cover 6 to 7 square meters of surface in one layer.
Maintenance conditions for water-based facade waterproofing
Duration: One year in original packaging.
Conditions: Away from cold and frost, heat and direct and prolonged sunlight.
Best storage temperature: +10 to +30 degrees
How to use water-based facade waterproofing
- The surfaces intended for implementing water-based facade waterproofing must be free of any type of contamination, dust, grease, etc.
- If there is any type of contamination on the surface, remove the contamination by applying water pressure (water jet) or sandblasting.
- Apply water-based facade protector to the surface by brush or spray.
Note: Water-based products used on surfaces at temperatures between 8 and 45 degrees Celsius can be applied.

Mechanism of action of water-based facade waterproofing
Water-based facade protector is formulated and supplied based on silicone resins reinforced with nano technology and after application, it penetrates the surface and forms a powerful coating, which protects the building facade against water and moisture penetration and in other words, it will seal the facade. This product does not create any film or layer on the surface.

- Wear appropriate gloves and a mask when performing.
- If waterproof coating comes into contact with your eyes, immediately flush your eyes with water for 2 minutes.
