This fast-setting super gel is used to make all kinds of impermeable and resistant concrete. Super fast-setting microsilica super gel is a super pozzolan and has a great effect on increasing the mechanical and electrical properties of concrete. Super fast-setting microsilica super gel increases the rheological properties of concrete in the paste state and improves the properties of hardened concrete. Adding this material fills the empty spaces between the aggregates, thus increasing the density and cohesion of the concrete and reducing permeability. Super fast-setting microsilica super gel accelerates the setting of concrete at early ages and, in addition to improving the properties of concrete, makes it possible to place concrete in cold weather conditions. Consumption of super quick-setting microsilica gel

The amount of fast-setting microsilica super gel consumption is determined by conducting proper laboratory studies. Typically, the efficiency of fast-setting microsilica super gel is 3 to 5 percent of the weight of the cement used. Note that in order to achieve high compressive strength and achieve strong concrete, you must reduce the concrete mixing water by 10 to 15 percent before adding this material. How to use super quick-setting microsilica gel

Fast-setting microsilica super gel can be added to concrete in two ways:

  • Combine with all or part of the concrete mixing water and then add to the dry materials and mix.
  • Fast-setting microsilica super gel can be added to the mixing plan after adding all the components of the concrete mix.

Note: It should be noted that mixing operation must take at least 1 minute for each cubic meter of concrete.

Safety of super quick-setting microsilica gel

  • Polycarboxylate ether is not a hazardous, toxic, or flammable substance.
  • If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
  • In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, it should be washed immediately with plenty of fresh water.
