Product Description – Quick-setting liquid silicate concrete
It is a sodium silicate-based cement and concrete accelerator that accelerates the setting of cement in cement and concrete slurry. Silicate concrete accelerator corrects the hardness of concrete and also increases the durability of mortar and concrete permeability against water. This additive increases the adhesion of cement slurry particles and thus is suitable for injection into the soil to reduce permeability. Cement accelerator can also be used to inject cement slurry into concrete cracks. When you need to achieve early setting or early initial strength, using silicate accelerator is very practical. Also, using accelerator prevents corrosion of rebars and steel sheets.
Liquid concrete quick-setting is used in cold seasons and in areas with cold weather. When pouring concrete, liquid concrete quick-setting should be used to prevent the concrete from freezing. Also, this chemical concrete additive does not affect the strength of the concrete.

Consumption rate of quick-setting silicate concrete
The amount of quick-setting liquid concrete should be determined by conducting detailed site tests and considering various components such as: weather conditions, type of cement used, amount of cement used, type of aggregate used, and most importantly, the time required to accelerate setting, but typically, quick-setting liquid silicate concrete is used between 1 and 2 percent of the weight of the cement used.

Method of using quick-setting liquid silicate concrete
- The amount of liquid quick-setting silicate concrete calculated according to the grade of concrete should be diluted with 2 times the volume of concrete mixing water. The diluted admixture should be gradually added to the concrete during mixing.
- This product can be added to the ready-mixed concrete and, after complete mixing, concreting can be carried out.
Note: It is recommended to mix for at least 1 minute per cubic meter of concrete.
