Product Description – 123 Profab Glue 400 ml
Profab 123 glue, also known as cyanoacrylate, is a type of industrial glue, also known as instant glue or all-purpose glue, which has a greasy spray or accelerator attached to it and is used before the liquid because it multiplies the adhesion speed. Using 123 glue spray is not always necessary and is used more in cold and dry conditions because it increases the adhesion time. Instant glue reacts with exposure to air and moisture and dries quickly, and in fact, the performance of 123 glue depends on two main factors, namely air and humidity. It should be noted that the application of 123 glue is very diverse and does not mean that it is only used to glue household objects or antiques, but 123 glue can be used to glue anything from metal to plastic.
Accelerator spray is made up of hexane and amine gases, which are flammable. For this reason, it is recommended that you do not light a cigarette when using 123 spray adhesive and make sure that there are no open flames around you. The ingredients in instant spray adhesive are very different from traditional drop glue. Traditional adhesives are based on water, but Profab drop glue is made up of an acrylic resin. This is because cyanoacrylate adhesive only bonds to a surface when there is moisture in that area. This means that if this adhesive is placed on a completely dry surface, it will not bond to the desired surface. When there is moisture on the surface, the molecules in the adhesive react with the moisture and create strong chains between the two contact surfaces. This function is different from traditional adhesive bonding, which occurs when the base fluid evaporates.

How to use glue 123
First, remove any dust and dirt from the surface to be treated.
Then we apply glue 123 to the surface.
Place the surface you are going to stick to the desired surface and hold firmly for a few seconds.
In the next step, we spray 123 adhesive spray on the surface and wait for it to evaporate (as mentioned in the description above, spraying is not always necessary).
Eventually, you will see the two surfaces stick together.
