The amount of liquid concrete nano paint used depends on the substrate surfaces, the smoothness and roughness of the surface, and the desired coverage size, but normally the amount of liquid concrete nano paint used to cover smooth gray cement surfaces is about 300 to 350 grams per square meter, and for troweled cement surfaces, about 400 grams per layer. In addition, 1 kilogram of concrete paint can cover about 7 square meters of plaster surface in one layer.

How to use liquid concrete nano paint
- The surfaces under the concrete paint application must be free of any contamination, grease, dust, or old, peeling paint.
- If there is any type of contamination, remove the contamination from the surface using sandblasting or a brush.
- The surface under the work for applying liquid concrete paint must be completely free of moisture and dry for 15 to 20 days prior to application.
- If there are cracks, seams, discontinuities, or surface shrinkage on the surface, repair the surface with concrete repair mortar.
- Apply a coat of acrylic primer to the surface to help the paint adhere better to the substrate.
- To apply the first layer, 10 to 15 percent water can be added to the concrete paint when painting with a roller, and 15 to 20 percent water can be added when painting with a brush, and mixed thoroughly with a suitable mechanical mixer.
- Apply the second layer 1 to 3 hours after applying the first layer and in its pure form.
